Randy Pinnoci is 100% opposed to illegal immigration. He will vote to implement state laws to dissuade criminal illegal aliens from staying in Montana.

Property Tax Reduction

Pinocci believes that property taxes are too high and he will fight to reign in spending from local governments & schools that cause your property tax bill to be too big.

2nd Amendment

Pinnoci is a benefactor member of the NRA and the Vice President of the Montana Shooting Sports Association and he worked to set up the first 2nd amendment committee in the MTGOP. He will fight tooth and nail against any effort to infringe on the 2nd amendment. He will oppose any red flag law, increased restrictions on gun sales or any other unconstitutional gun law.

Randy is a fiscal conservative and will fight against bloated bureaucracy and wasteful government spending. He will vote to cut the budget and return tax dollars to the people of Montana.

Being a PSC Commissioner for 6 years, Randy is an expert on energy policy. Pinocci has been leading efforts to implement high-performance conductors. In Helena, he will fight to make Montana a net energy exporter and increase energy generation. He will oppose radical environmental efforts to destroy our existing energy sector.
